Rebecca Becerril Arias

Coordinator

Contacts assigned DDD support coordinators to gather detailed information on potential members. Then, manages the full intake process from start to finish. Rebecca interviews potential provider applicants, assists with the overall hiring process and coordinates meet-and-greets between providers, guardians, and members to discuss services and scheduling. Once finalized, assigns the provider to the member to begin work.

Crisann Black

Community Engagement Advisor

Fosters relationships between stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities, families, and service providers. Her role involves coordinating outreach initiatives, facilitating support groups, and advocating for resources, ensuring community inclusivity, enhancing awareness, and promoting best practices for improved quality of life in developmental disability services.

Juan Chamorro

Business Systems Manager

Leads the design and implementation of internal systems infrastructure, overseeing documentation, workflow design, and data processes that keep business operations running effectively and efficiently. Reviews and maintains organizational records to ensure accuracy and consistency. Bridges technology, operations, and reporting requirements to drive ongoing improvement and deliver high-quality services.

Angelica Granillo

HCBS Coordinator/ Trainer

Ensures families and providers remain in compliance, as well as confirming that members’ needs and overall well-being are being met. Conducts ATC monitorings and attends PCSP visits pertaining to members. In the role of trainer, ensures that Direct Support Providers (DSPs) remain in compliance with all required trainings and standards.

Jailenne Montalvo

HCBS Coordinator

Connects families with the care and support they need while ensuring services meet AHCCCS and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) guidelines. She also serves as an Article 9, CPR/First Aid, and DCW Instructor, supporting provider training and compliance. She works closely with providers and families, supports onboarding, keeps records organized, and ensures services run smoothly so members receive reliable, quality care.

Yecica Zarate

HCBS Coordinator & Recruitment

Assists with the recruitment of providers and members by collecting and organizing required documentation, ensuring all application materials are complete and accurate. Conducts reference verifications to confirm professional relationships and reliability, supporting compliance with company standards and helping streamline the onboarding process for qualified candidates.
